Common questions
Is Carry a Todoist replacement?
For the home, it can be. For work, no: Carry isn’t built for project management or a solo GTD system, and Todoist is strong there. Plenty of people could reasonably use both.
Why not just share a Todoist project with my partner?
You can, and for some couples it works. Carry is for when the shared list still ends up with one person doing all the noticing — it puts tasks, shopping and events in one home feed and shows what’s been waiting, so the remembering is visible to everyone.
Does Carry work on Android?
Carry is iOS only today. Android is planned, but it isn’t shipping yet — if anyone in your household is on Android, Carry won’t work for them for now.
